Millie Sretenovic



Millie Sretenovic has extensive experience in  the field of Human Resources.  She is a graduate of Ohio University, having earned both her Bachelors and her Masters Degree in Communications.  


She is the owner of The Office Professionals.  The company was founded in 1993 with employees who had worked together at a prior agency. The Office Professionals provides placement opportunities in Direct Hire employment and Temporary employment services


Millie Sretenovic and her office staff are very much involved in the community.  Millie was chairperson for the American Heart Association annual gala, and she continues to support the American Heart Association.  She also supports Peggy Shumate in the Out Run Ovarian Cancer 5K Walk/Run and she takes an active volunteer role in AARP, where she has served in a leadership capacity.  






Jane Konkoli

Senior Account Manager


Jane Konkoli is recognized as the leading office support placement recruiter in the Cleveland area. Her expertise is in the recruitment, selection, and placement of Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and most other Office Support positions, from entry level to management. Many of Jane's clients have come to depend on her for quick results, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Jane is a native Clevelander and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. She started her recruiting career with the office support division of Management Recruiters and then joined Millie at The Office Professionals in 1993. The huge network of office support candidates that she has developed over the years qualifies her as an excellent source of candidates for clients. Her passion for making the right match for both client and candidate is a well-developed skill that her clients have come to depend on.

Active in her community, Jane responds annually to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the American Heart Association, the Arthritis Foundation, and OutRun Ovarian Cancer. Jane leads an active lifestyle, with travel and spending time with her family and friends being at the top of her list. Even when out of the office, she stays in touch with her clients and candidates. She feels her office is wherever she is!





Peggy Shumate

Temporary Services Manger


Peggy Shumate has been a recruiter in the Cleveland Area since 1992. She joined The Office Professionals in 1993 when it opened.


Peggy was promoted to Manager, TOP Temporary Services in February 1994. Under Peggy's guidance, that division has grown to be an integral part of the full range of services offered by the agency.


Before joining The Office Professionals, Peggy spent 13 years in non-profit arts administration. She is a graduate of Mount Union College, in Alliance, Ohio, where she majored in Communications.


Peggy has an active volunteer life. She is involved with her church choir and sang with the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus for 25 years. Peggy, an ovarian cancer survivor, is very active raising awareness through SURVIVORS TEACHING STUDENTS, a group that speaks to medical students about the signs and risk factors of ovarian cancer. Since 2005, Millie and Jane join Peggy in the annual OutRun Ovarian Cancer 5K Walk/Run to raise funds for education. TEAM PEGGY is one of the largest private teams and fund raising teams.
